Buffy was sitting on the couch watching T.V. waiting for everyone to get ready so they could go to the bonfire. A knock came at the door, she smiled knowing that knock all to well. She rushed to the door, opening it to a sexy brunnette who was holding a red rose.

"For you," Faith said holding the rose out.

Buffy took the rose and lifted it to her nose. "Thank you, it's beautiful." She smiled and gave her lover a kiss. "Come on in... where's Tara?"

"She's still getting ready, she'll be here shortly." Faith walked into the house, "Where's Willow?" she said looking around.

"Still getting ready, I'll go check on her," Buffy said as she kissed her girlfriend one more time. She knocked softly on the redhead's door getting no response, she tried again. Still getting nothing she opened the door. "I hope you're dressed cause I'm coming in."

As she walked in the room she saw Willow laying on her bed. "I guess you're to tired to go?" she asked, then she noticed the redhead shaking. She moved closer and heard soft cries. "Will? What's wrong?" she asked with worry in her voice as she sat down beside her friend. She gently placed her hand on the redhead's back to offer comfort.

"The... note... and..." Willow tried to get it out but couldn't.

"Hey... it's okay... what note?" the blonde asked.

Willow handed Buffy the note with a shakey hand. The blonde read the note, getting more pissed by the second. "Who the hell does she think she is? You don't believe this do you?"

Willow turned her red eyes towards her friend. "I... I don't know," she choked out.

"What?" the blonde asked not believing what she was hearing. "Faith!" she yelled out.

Faith rushed into the room expecting to see a big bug or something that she needed to rescue her girlfriend from. "What? Where is it?" she asked.

"Huh? I wanted you to look at this letter Will got," she said handing it to Faith.

Faith took the note and read it, she too got very pissed. "Emma came here and gave you this?" she asked the redhead.

"No... I found it on my night stand," Willow said starting to calm a bit.

"She was in here? That fucking bitch... that's it, I'm going to kick her ass. This letter is bull shit Willow... I hope you don't believe it cause Tara wants nothing to do with her," Faith explained. "I'll be back in a little while," she said leaving the room before anyone could stop her.

Faith slammed through the door, startling Tara who was in the kitchen getting a drink of water. "Faith?" she asked.

"Tara... we have to go kick Emma's ass now," Faith ordered.

"What? I don't think that will solve anything..."

"She broke into Willow's house and left a note saying she had slept with you today before we went to the amusement park," the brunette explained.

"She did what? Okay... I was wrong... lets kick her ass," a very angry blonde said. "No wait... I have to go to Willow, tell her it's a lie."

"Buffy's with Willow, she's taking care of her, we need to do this now," Faith said.

Tara thought about it for a minute, she really wanted to go make her lover feel better but she knew she had to take care of Emma. If she didn't then the girl may try something else... something worse. "You're right, lets go," she said leading them both to the door.

They knew Emma would be at the bonfire... she never missed them. When they got there they spotted the girl through the still thin crowd right away.

"Emma... we need to talk," Tara said trying to control herself.

Emma turned around. "Oh hey sexy," she grinned.

"Don't call me that!" the blonde said putting her hand up. "Why did you write that letter?"

"Because she's not right for you, so I gave her a reason to leave you alone," the girl said casually.

"What? Are you fucking insane... no... don't answer that, I know the answer," Tara said giving Emma a look of disgust.

"I'm just doing you a favor," Emma smiled.

"Look you crazy bitch... I love Willow and what you're doing is not a favor... understand?" Tara said feeling like her blood was boiling from the anger.

"You may not think it's not but..."

"God... how stupid are you?" Faith asked still standing beside her friend.

"Look Tara... she's not like you and me..."

Tara didn't hear anymore, she couldn't, Emma wasn't listening. She wanted the girl to shut up and understand so she did what she felt she had to do. She tightened her fist, pulled her arm back and punched the girl in the face. She watched as Emma fell to the ground, feeling satisfied with herself, she smiled. "All I have to say to you is this is just a taste of what I'll do to you if you come near me or Willow again, understand?"

Emma looked up from the ground, a look of shock on her face, all she could do was nod.

With that, Tara and a very amused Faith headed back to the house to check on Willow.

When the two girls walked in the house they were met by their girlfriends. Willow rushed over and hugged surprised Tara.

"Are you okay? I thought you'd be more upset," she said searching her lover's eyes.

"Yeah... I mean at first I was but then Buffy made me realize how silly I was being so I'm okay now. Are you okay? What happened?" she asked.

"First of all... you're not silly. And yes I'm fine, we talked to Emma and I don't think she'll be bothering us again," Tara said before kissing her girlfriend's forehead.

"You got that right, cause Tara..." Faith stopped seeing her friends glare. "So um... you guys still feel up to the bonfire?"

"Yeah, I do... oh... can we take marshmellows?" the redhead asked.

"Are you sure? It's okay if you don't want to go," Tara said.

"Sure I'm sure! I'm not gonna let miss bitchy pants ruin our bonfire," Willow smiled.

Faith laughed. "Good one red, okay... so lets go party."

The four girls sat on a big log in front of the fire talking. "Oh, on Buffy's first day of school, she tripped and spilled her tray of food all over the most popular girl in school. Needless to say, her goal of being popular died in all of about two seconds. So she sat outside where me and Xander sat... that's how we met," Willow said smiling as she saw her friend look down.

"I would've loved to see that," Faith laughed.

"Guys..."

The group looked up and saw their friend Xander bending over and out of breath. "Xander... you okay?" Buffy asked.

"Yeah... I... got... a... call... from... Joyce... on... my cellphone..."

"Is she okay?" the blonde asked getting concerned about her mother.

"Yeah... but Giles is sick in the hospital... we have to go back."

Willow saw the confused look on Tara's face. "Giles was the librarian, he dated Joyce for a while so he became like a father to us."

"Is he okay?" Buffy asked.

"I don't know... all I know is it sounded bad and we have to go back now," Xander said.

Willow was very worried about Giles but upset that she had to go back and leave Tara. Everyone in the group was sad... sad that their friend was sick and sad that they had to leave their girlfriends. "Well then we go back," Buffy said getting up. "I'll go see when the next flight is," she said as the group walked back to the house.

The redhead saw her lover's sad expression. "I'm sorry," she said as a tear trickled from her eye.
