Tara had been successful in calming and reassuring Willow. Now the redhead was deciding which outfit to wear, she was having a hard time since she now had other things on her mind. She didn't understand why this Emma would claim she was Tara's lover. It's not that she didn't trust the blonde, but she couldn't help but think there was more to the story. Why would Tara date someone like that? You didn't have to be smart to figure out the girl was a psycho. The redhead sighed, deciding she would try not to think about it and just enjoy the evening with her friends and Tara. She looked into the mirror, holding up a black dress.

"Wow... that would look good Will," Buffy said as she peeked her head into her friends room.

The redhead pouted. "I don't have enough to choose from, I knew I should've packed more," she said throwing her dress on her cluttered bed.

"Not enough?" the petite blonde said, remembering all the bags Willow had packed.

"What's wrong with that dress?" she pointed to the black dress on top of the pile. "It looks hot on you."

"I dunno," she sighed plopping down on the bed.

The blonde sat beside her. "Is something wrong? You should be excited, instead you're all mopey girl, something you want to talk about?"

"There's this girl... Emma..."

"Emma?" Buffy cut Willow off. "She was over here earlier looking for Tara, Faith says she's bad news."

"Yeah, bad news is right, she told me to stay away from her lover," the redhead clinched her teeth.

"What? Who's her..."

"Tara! So she says, but Tara says she's not, I believe her but that bitch was saying that and I wanted Tara to kick her ass but she didn't, and I was all crying which I'm sure made me look like a dummy, then Emma went away and Tara told me it was ok but I'm not so sure cause she's so mean..." Willow stopped as she saw the blonde's confused look. "Sorry," she muttered.

"She's crazy, obsessed and crazy, I really don't think you have to worry about it. Tara loves you, I can see it in her eyes, she's totally gaga over you," Buffy said as she gave her friend a quick hug.

Willow blushed as a small smile reached her face. "I wouldn't go that far."

"What? Oh please, she's always staring at you... usually she isn't all that easy to read but when she looks at you... so easy. It's like she wants to ravish you all the time," she said as she playfully nudged the redhead with her elbow.

"Okay Buffy, you win!" she laughed. "Now... can you leave so I can change?"

"Sure thing! I have to change too... cause my Faith is coming." The blonde smiled proudly before leaving the room.

The group decided to go on what was known as the dinner cruise boat. It was a rather small boat that only allowed a certain number of people on at one time. They had took the later cruise which was usually less crowded. They were very pleased, it was done up very nicely on the inside. Tables were covered with red tablecloths, white lights hung on the walls and ceilings, and soft music cascaded through the room.

"Wow Faith, this is great," Buffy whispered as they waited to be seated.

Faith just smiled knowing she had scored a point for recommending the place.

A waiter sat the group down and collected drink orders, then hurried off to get the drinks.

"To bad Anya and Xander couldn't make it," Willow said.

"If those two would stop humping each other long enough..." Faith stopped seeing the look her friends were giving her. "What? It is what they're doing."

"Yes but I'd rather not think about it," Willow said making a look of disgust.

"Poor baby, what do you want to think about?" Tara asked with a smirk.

"Um... food," the redhead stated swallowing.

"And what is it you would like to eat?" she asked before she leaned in to whisper in her lovers ear. "I don't think they have that on the menu," she teased, satisfied that Willow was blushing.

"Stop torturing the poor girl Tara," Faith told her friend.

Tara looked at Faith. "What? It's fun to get her all worked up, besides, she likes it." She saw Willow's face turn a brighter shade of red. "Awww baby, I'm sorry." She kissed the redhead on the cheek. "Forgive me?"

"No," Willow pouted.

"No?" Tara asked starting to panic.

"Well... maybe." The redhead took Tara's hand and placed it on her thigh. She saw the blonde smile as the hand started gently rubbing.

Tara could feel arousal building in her, she slowly brought her hand up Willow's leg just under the edge of her dress. She smiled not feeling her lover push her hand away, she continued upward, her finger grazing the material of panties. Suddenly it was gone, Willow had stood up.

"Gotta go to the restroom," she said, acting as though nothing had happened. She turned giving Tara an evil smirk before leaving.

Tara sat there, her mouth hung open, not believing what the redhead had done. "I'm going to the bathroom too." She got up and went after the redhead.

To her surprise the bathroom was empty, there was only one set of feet in the stalls. She leaned against the wall waiting for her girl to finish. She smiled seeing the redhead come out and the shocked look on her face. "What, didn't think I'd follow you?"

"Actually... no," the redhead said before washing her hands. She dried them, then faced the smirking blonde.

"Just so you know... that was rude," the blonde said.

"And what you did wasn't?"

"Well yes but I didn't make you all wet," Tara pouted.

"Um... wet? Well... no... but... sorry?" Willow said feeling guilty.

Tara laughed. "You think me touching your thigh won't do that? Have you seen your thigh... very yummy." She nodded emphasizing the last word. The blonde started toward Willow and stopped when the door opened and a girl walked into one of the stalls. Her face fell, "I'll forgive you for now but you will owe me big time later."

"Yes ma'am!" The two girls left the bathroom and went back to the table.

"That was fast," Faith said as the two girls sat down.

"We were interrupted," the blonde informed, noticing she was making the redhead blush again. She thought it was so cute how Willow got so easily embarrassed.

The next hour consisted of the group ordering their food, eating, and chit chatting. Faith, Tara, and Buffy had ordered drinks as well. Willow declined saying she wasn't a big fan of alcohol. People were starting to leave the room and go outside, the group could hear the music and decided to go check it out. Once there, they saw a small dance floor on the deck. Tara smiled, seeing the redhead under the moonlight, her red locks blowing in the wind, and the ocean in the background.

"What?" the redhead asked starting to feel self conscious.

"You look so beautiful," the blonde said, love dancing in her eyes. "Dance with me?"

Willow smiled and took the hand Tara offered. They walked to the middle of the dance floor, holding each other close as they swayed to the music. The redhead laid her cheek on Tara's shoulder, she closed her eyes, wishing they could stay this way forever.

"Awwwww... look at them," Buffy said as she watched her friends dance.

"Yeah, they look good together," Faith smiled. "You want to dance?" she asked the blonde.

"I would love to," the blonde said. They got to the dance floor, taking on a similar position as their friends.

Both couples danced to several songs before deciding it was late and they wanted to spend time with their partners. When they arrived back at the house Tara went into her garage and retrieved her black Jeep.

"Ready?" she called to the redhead after pulling up to her house.

Willow hopped into the Jeep and gave the blonde a kiss.

"What was that for?" Tara asked smiling like an idiot.

"Just cause I love you."

"I love you too," the blonde smiled and put the Jeep in drive.

"So... where is this place?" the redhead asked as she leaned closer to Tara and took her hand.

"You'll see."

Ten minutes later they pulled into a small empty lot. "Here we are," Tara told her love.

Red eyebrows raised. "Um... I don't see anything."

"It's around that corner," Tara said pointing to some trees. She took out a backpack and a blanket from the back of the Jeep before leading Willow to their destination.

"Wow Tara, this is beautiful," Willow said as she saw the big cliff sitting over the ocean.

"It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen... till I met you," Tara said.

For what seemed like the millionth time that night, the redhead blushed. "You must not look in the mirror then."

The blonde smiled as she took Willow in her arms and kissed her passionately. She released her love and laid the blanket out for them to sit on, then took out the small radio in her backpack. She put on soft romantic music before turning to her love. "Aren't you going to sit with me?" she asked the redhead who was just staring at her.

"Yes," Willow smiled as she took a seat beside her lover. They sat cuddled against each other in comfortable silence. "What happens after this Tara?" the redhead broke the silence with a worried expression.

"What do you mean?"

"When I have to leave, will we... break up?" she asked as a lump entered her throat.

Tara was thrown by the question, she hadn't thought about it. "No!" she said a little to loudly. "I mean... no... I could never break up with you. I don't know what we'll do but I know I love you and we'll figure it out... I promise," she said squeezing her lover tightly.
