"So, what are we gonna do?" asks Willow.

"Well we were gonna go get some ice cream, what were you gonna do?" asks Dawn.

"Same thing."

"Well then let's all go get some ice cream, my treat" says Monserrat.

"Oh, n-no, you don't have to" says Tara.

"Don't worry, I want to. Besides, Dawn hasn't let me pay for anything tonight."

"Well I told you I wanted to treat you."

"I know but I've told you before, I don't want you spending money on me all the time." Says Monserrat to Dawn, "Can you believe she spend almost two hundred dollars on me when she asked me to be her girlfriend?"

"R-really? Willow did the s-same thing" says Tara.

"So that's what you two were talking about yesterday?" Monserrat asks Dawn.

"Uh... so... how 'bout that ice cream? Are we getting some or what?" says Dawn.

"Yeah, ice cream sounds good, what do you think Tara?" asks Willow.

"O-okay" Tara and Monserrat laugh.

The two couples walk to the food court to get ice cream, they find a table and start talking.

"So, Dawn, how long have you two been going out?" asks Willow.

"Since the sixth grade, I asked her on Valentines day so we've been together for seven months"

"Wow, and you've kept it from me all this time?"

"Well I didn't know how you'd react."

"I guess... hey I'll be right back, I gotta go to the bathroom."

"Okay, while you're gone we'll just tell Tara anything embarrassing we can think about you" says Dawn.

"You better not" Says Willow as she get up, "I'll be back in a few." She says to Tara then gives her a kiss on the cheek.

"Aww... how cute" Say Dawn and Monserrat at the same time. Willow and Tara just blush. After Willow leaves the table Dawn turns to face Tara. "So, Tara, what are your intentions with our Will?"

"W-what?"

"What are you doing Dawn?" asks Monerrat.

"Just making sure she doesn't hurt Willow."

"I would n-never hurt her."

"She loves you Tara, you know that right?"

"Y-yes I know a-and I love her too."

"Well, do you know the pain she's been through these past few years? How she lost one of her best friends in a car accident."

"Yeah, I-I know"

"How her father is hardly ever home and her mother hardly pays any attention to her?"

"I-I... I didn't know that a-about her parents. They always seemed so n-nice."

"I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't want her to go through any more pain, she's like a sister to me. But you really do love her don't you?

"Yes I do"

"How old are you?"

"14, w-why?"

"Just wondering, when's your birthday?"

"March 12, 1989."

"Do you know when Willow's is?"

"May 9, 1990"

"Nice to know you've covered the basics. You seem like a great girl, and I can see why Willow's so crazy about you. I hope neither of you get hurt." Says Dawn just before Willow reaches the table.

"What were you guys talking about?"

"You"

"Good things I hope."

"Of course, we were just telling Tara about the time you went to Six Flags then had to use the bathroom and..." But she's cut off by Willow.

"I swear I didn't go to the men's bathroom on purpose!" Tara and Monserrat start to laugh while Dawn just smiles, "Oh, you didn't really tell her did you?" Dawns just shakes her head and Willow blushes.

"Y-you walked into the m-men's bathroom?" Asks Tara after she stops laughing.

"Well... I-I... i-it was an accident... I really had to go and I wasn't paying attention... do we have to talk about this?"

"N-no we don't."

"So what do you guys wanna do now?" asks Monserrat.

"How about... each girl gets their girl an outfit. This I what we'll do, we uncouple and go shopping, but not by ourselves. Dawn you come with me and Monserrat you go with Tara... that is if it's ok with you guys."

"Sounds like fun, and we can get anything for our girls, right?" asks Dawn.

"Well anything within reason, I mean come on, we're only in middle school." Says Willow.

"I guess you're right"

"Of course I am, and if anyone's gonna get anything 'wild' it's gonna be me, you two are in the seventh grade, you really shouldn't be thinking like that."

"Y-you're not really gonna get a-anything extreme are you Willow?" asks Tara.

"Of course not, I wouldn't do that, not till high school of course... hehe"

"Well let's get going," says Dawn.
